Description
Full Text

The stm. R.N. RICE of the Cleveland Line, is nearly ready to start, and is coming out in as good shape as when new. Her hull, which was formerly painted black, has been changed to pink, this having been done to prevent the water in Cleveland Creek from discoloring her water line.
