The Union Steamboat Company advertises for sale the propeller DEAN RICHMOND. Proposals will be received by W. Bullard, general manager at this port, until Sept. 10, the Company reserving the right to reject and bid and the terms to be cash. The RICHMOND was built at Cleveland in 1864 by Quayle & Martin, and was rebuilt in 1873.
