STEAMBOAT LAUNCH.--- Will be launched at Richmond Thursday next (22d inst.) the new steamboat ROCHESTER, 450 tons burthen.

      New Steam Boats - Notwithstanding the present large number of steamboats on Lake Erie, a new one is announced almost every week. The Cleveland Intelligencer says the ROCHESTER, of which we have heretofore given some notice, is rapidly progressing towards completion. The ROCHESTER is a fine boat, and will shortly take her place among the first class of vessels on the Lake.
