The steamer ROCHESTER, we understand has been purchased by A.J. Tiffany, Wm. Lockwood and Nehemian Johnson. Capt. Pheatt is to command her. Whether this craft will be arrayed against the combination or not we have not learned, but we think it not unlikely.
