MEMORANDA - The new brig ROSA, recently built at Black River, and the schooner JULIETTE, were at Chicago on Friday morning last. The ROSA endeavored to go to St. Joseph's on Thursday, but could not reach port in consequence of a gale; she would probably go over immediately after the storm subsided.
