NEW BRIG. --- Our attention was called yesterday morning to a new sail vessel, as she was being hauled from the old river bed into our harbor. She was just launched, It was the brig ROSCIUS, built and owned by G.W. & B.B. Jones. Her length is 136 feet 6 inches, with 25 feet beam, and 10 feet hold. Burthen 309 tons. Draws now only 3 feet 9 inches water. Capt. H. Seymour, who sailed last year the GENERAL TAYLOR will command her. ---- Cleveland Plain dealer
