The brig ROSCIUS, Capt. Andrews, came up from Cleveland yesterday. She is owned by Roelofson, Hatch & Co., of this city, and is one of the finest vessels upon the Lakes. She is bound for Saginaw, whence, after taking on a cargo of lumber, she will proceed to Chicago.
