The fine new propeller RUSSELL SAGE, built at the Union Drydock Co.'s shipyard for the Wabash Line, running between this port and Toledo, will be ready for delivery tomorrow. She will be commanded by Capt. J.P. Cotrell, late of the stmb. MORLEY, with Alfred Vincent as Chief Engineer.
