NEW PROPELLER. - The propeller SCOTIA, built for Captain Norris, was successfully launched at St. Catharines by Mr. Lewis Shickluna. The performance was witnessed by a large number of people, and the usual toasts on such occasions were duly honored. The new boat will be commanded by Captain Scott, of Kingston. - Kingston Whig.
