STEAMER SEBASTOPOL.---This new freight steamer which made her first appearance on Friday, is now loading for Chicago. She was built and is owned by Messrs. Chisholm, Morrison & Moses, of Cleveland, and is 245 feet in length, 37 feet 8 inches in beam, with a depth of hold of 12 feet 6 inches, registering 800 tons. Her engine was formerly in the SARATOGA
