SHIP BUILDING IN SANDUSKY DISTRICT. - MILAN. - Capt. Youngs, Collector of the Sandusky District, has furnished the Register with the following items of interest, relative to the ship building in the district the present season: Milan. - Capt. Shupe has also under way for V. Fries another schooner, which will measure about 315 tons. Still another about the same size is being put up for John Stevens of Toledo.
