The wreck of the prop. M.B. SPAULDING, together with her machinery, has been sold at auction to M.B. Kean, of Algonac, for $600.

Steam screw M.B. SPAULDING. Of 368 tons. Built in 1849 at Buffalo by Jones & Bagnall. 152.4 x 25.2 x 11.5 Burned on Lake Huron, 1860, rebuilt as schooner, given U. S. No. 16327, and later became barge. Sunk at Rondeau, Ont., July 1, 1883.
