On Monday evening (8/17) at about 5:00 Capt. Eber Ward's new propeller, the ST. PAUL, was launched at Marine City in the presence of a large number of spectators, including many who had reached there by th steamer KEWEENAW, who were passengers returning from Lake Superior. The launch was a splendid success in every particular.
