Description
Full Text

A splendid built yacht called the STAR, arrived at this port from Buffalo a few days since, and is at present lying at the foot of Rivard Street. She was got up a year or 2 since for a Mr. Donahue, late British Consul in that city, at a cost of some $4,000, and for finish and perfect fitout and completeness is probably unsurpassed anywhere. In fleetness she has never yet been outdone. Her owner, who is at present in this city intends exhibiting her sailing qualities the first fine breeze we have on the river. This model craft is well worthy a visit.
