Messrs. Smith & Bone have sold a new tug, built by David Bell, to Messrs. Stevens & Wilcox; price not made public. The new tug is called the IDA M. STEVENS. She is 54 ft. long, 13 ft. beam, and 14 x 16 inch engine, and is one of the best of Bell's manufacture. She is designed for Cleveland Harbor towing and will leave for that port as soon as fitted out. Success to her.
