The R.G. STEWART, Capt. Napier, returned from Dunkirk yesterday morning. From that place they took a party of excursionists to Port Colborne on Tuesday, and were warmly received by the citizens of that place. Harry Buchner, on behalf of the municipality of Port Colborne delivered a neat speech of welcome, having been requested to do so by the village council. On her passage to Dunkirk the STEWART picked up a boat supposed to have belonged to the schr. JAMES SCOTT.
