BOAT LAUNCH.---A new boat called MAJOR STRONG, was launched on Saturday from the yard of Messrs. Howell & Meyers. It was built for Capt. Peter Arnet, an experienced navigator, who resumes his old and favorite occupation. His new boat is 96 feet long; 16 and a half feet in width, and will carry 125 tons in 3 and half feet of water.------ Rochester Democrat.
