Description
Full Text

At noon yesterday the stm. SUPERIOR, chartered by the Crystal Beach line for the balance of the season, was laid up for a brief rest, that needed repairs to her engine might be made. She will probably be ready to return to her duties tomorrow, and when she does she will be materially changed, a liberal use of paint and brush being the cause. The words on the side, "Euclid Beach Park," will be removed and more appropriate lettering substituted.
The SUPERIOR is not a handsome boat, but she is declared to be the staunchest excursion boat hailing from Buffalo. She has a steel hull and is more conveniently arranged and roomier than either the CRYSTAL or PURITAN. She also has considerable speed and is just the style of craft most desirable in short run service.
