The U.S. stm. SURVEYOR left on Saturday morning for Lake Michigan where she is to be engaged on the U.S. Survey during the season. She is under the command of Assistant J.A. Potter, of the Lake Survey. His assistant on board are Messrs. Cheffee, A. C. Lamson and H. Niell.
