The prop. GENERAL TAYLOR came down from Lake Superior yesterday, bringing 290 tons of copper, and also considerable other freight. A portion of the copper was for the Detroit and Waterbury Smelting Works, and a portion for Cleveland. Her trip up extended as far as Fond du Lac.
