The schr. TORRENT recently dismatled off this port, is to be made into a bark. She is being provided with new spars at Capt. Jones' ship yard, and John Bloom, of Detroit is getting her up a complete outfit of sails. The TORRENT is owned at Detroit. - Milwaukee Sent.
