Capt. Stilwell, with the canal boat TROY, belonging to the Merchant's Line, arrived here on Saturday last, from the Atlantic Ocean. This being the first arrival from the salt water, the Captain and some of his friends thought proper to notice the event, and a quantity of the said water was duly mixed with the water of the Lake by the Captain, (a la mode Dr. Mitchell) on Tuesday accompanied with libations of the juice of the grape.
