The barge ELIZA TURNER has been changed recently into a 3-masted schooner of the following dimensions: Length of keel 156 ft.; breadth of beam 30 ft.; depth of hold 11 ft. 6 inches. She will carry about 26,000 bu. corn, 700 to 800 tons of coal or 600 to 700 tons of iron ore.
