The U.S. Custom House employees of this district will hold their 7th annual outing down the river today. The stm. ARGOSY towing the barge 20TH CENTURY will leave the foot of Ferry St. promptly at 10:30 A.M. The committee announces that those who fail to catch this steamer will have to swim the swift current of the Niagara.
