After listening to arguments of persons interested in the sale of the stm. UNITED SHORES, Judge Hazel in Federal Court ruled yesterday afternoon that the steamer shall be sold on May 20th by Thomas C. Burke, trustee in bankruptcy of the Empire Shipbuilding Co., which built the boat.
The sale was to have been held on Monday afternoon to satisfy a lien for $5,341.26 held by Charles H. McCutheon, but Mr. Burke secured a temporary injunction.
