NEW TUG - A new tug called the VULCAN, has recently been launched at Detroit. She is reresented as being a well constructed craft of very superior strength and material, and well calculated for the purpose intended, viz: towing and wrecking. She is 140 feet in length, overall and 13 feet depth of hold. Her cylinder is 28 by 36 inches.
