The MATT WAGNER, Capt. Curtiss' boat, which has been making the trips at the upper ferry in place of the CORNELL, which was condemned, will be laid off this week and the tug DEGRAFF of Tonawanda will take her place for the winter. Matt Lutz and Chief Beach will run her.
