Port Clinton.---Captain Issac Gilliespie has bought the old steamboat P.H. WALTERS and is converting her into a screw wheel barge. He is lengthening her thirty feet. She will be about 140 feet over all, 31 foot beam, 9 foot hold Her engine will be 18 and a half X 20 he is superintending the work himself.
