From the Port Huron (Mich.) Observer, of the 27th. of September, we learn the whereabouts of the steamer WATERLOO, which eloped from this section, about two weeks since. She was then in the safe custody of Her Most Gracious Majesty's revenue officer, Capt. Videl. She was seized for an infraction of the revenue laws --- coasting without papers --- and will be detained some considerable time. Her principle owner was at Port Huron, in hot pursuit of her, but this step on the part of Capt. Videl, has forced him to make common cause with Capt. Lewis in endeavoring to get joint control of her again.
