Description
Full Text

The steamer WATERLOO was seized yesterday by Deputy Collector Kopkins, and Mr. W.R. Andrews of the Customs, for an infraction of the revenue laws. We understand that information has been received by the Revenue Officers that justify the belief that she has for some time been engaged in contrabrand trade.
