NEW TUG. - Yesterday morning, at an early hour, those traversing the docks were greeted by the arrival in port of a new tug hailing from Buffalo, though destined for Chicago, where she is to be used for towing vessels in and out the harbor. She is called the S.V.R. WATSON and owned by Levi Colburn of the latter city. She is of the smaller class, but well adapted for the purpose she is intended. - Detroit Free Press.
