The WAURECAN is the name of a new brig built and modelled by S. Hingston of this city, for O. Bugbee, and now ready to sail in ballast for Erie. She is in charge of Capt. Bostwick. Her length is 135 ft. 6 inches; hold 10 ft.; beam 30 ft. 10 inches, and she rates about 380 tons.
