ST. LAWRENCE ROUTE. -- The Toronto Globe says the propeller WESTERN MILLER
has been chartered to take a cargo of flour from the port to Halifax, N. S., and return with a West India cargo. The shippers pay 70 cents per barrel freight from Toronto to Halifax, and 40 cents per cwt. for the return cargo.
