Before Marshal J. Bacon, Recorder of Detroit. - Notice, pursuant to Statute, is hereby given that on the 19th day of OCtober 1849, a warrant, made under title XXIV chapter 122 of the R. S. of 1846, was issued against the sloop WHITE PIGEON, of the port of Detroit on the complaint of Franklin Moore and George Foot, which warrant is returned by A.S. Johnson, Under Sheriff, duly served; that all persons who claim to have any demands against such sloop, her tackle, apperal and furniture, under the provisions of the statute, are required to deliver an account of their respective claims or demands to said Recorder at his office in Detroit, on Friday the 15th day of February, 1850, or their remedy against said sloop will be forfeited; and further notice is given, that said vessel, her tackle, apperal and furniture, will be sold for the payment against it, unless the owner, consignees, or commander thereof, or some person interested therein, appears and discharges said warrant according to law, in 3 months from the date of the first publication of said notice.,
