The stm. WIARTON BELLE, Capt. Dunn, arrived in from Owen Sound yesterday with a full load of freight and passengers. She left for Lion's Head the same day. The BELLE is undergoing a thorough course of refitting, and as soon as she is completed, will be a credit to her Captain and owner and this village, whose name she has adopted.
