Mr. George H. Notter, the well known boat builder of this city has just received an order from Capt. H.J. Bedell of Grand Island to build a fine new tug, which is to be completed and ready for service by the 15th of July. Her dimensions are to be as follows: Length over all, 65 ft.; beam 14 ft. 6 inches; depth of hold 7 ft. 6 inches. Her engine will be furnished by Knight & Sisson and will have a 16 inch cylinder with 18 inch stroke, to which steam will be supplied by the well known establishement of M. Riter.
