NEW VESSEL. - We have just learned of a fine new vessel recently built and launched at East Saginaw, which is now completing her fit-out prior to being put in commission for fall service. She is of the largest class of vessels and is spoken of as having an excellent model and a strong and substantial build. She was built for Captain W. Blybou, who also commands her, and is called the WINONA. She is to be in readiness for service in about two weeks. Her crew of six men and one mate, shipped at this point, take their departure this morning
to render service on board. - Detroit Free Press
