VESSELS BUILDING AT FAIRPORT. - The Painesville Telegraph says that Messrs. D.E. & J.E. Bailey closed a contract with Messrs. Albert Sherwood & Co., of Buffalo, on the 18th inst, for building at Fairport another bark of the same model as the one they have been building during the fall and winter, which is now owned by Mr. O.S. Nims, also of Buffalo. These vessels are 765 tons measurement and will cost $55,000 each. There are none larger on the lakes. One will be launched in April, and the other in August next. The work on the second vessel began on the 15th. inst.
