      John Hickler's new tug is about finished. She is 70 ft,. long, 19 ft. beam, and 8 1/2 ft. deep. Her engine is 16 x 20 inches and her boiler 6 x 11 ft. She has been named the JAMES ADAMS, and will leave in a few days for the Sault, where Mr. Hickler has government work to do.
