The fine new vessel AHIRA COBB was successfully launched Monday afternoon from the yard of Messrs. Quayle & Martin and is designed for the iron ore trade between Escanaba and Cleveland. She is owned by Capt. Alva Bradley, and is to be commanded by Capt. Goerge Judson, formerly of the schr. S.J. TILDEN, and an old experienced navigator. - Cleveland Herald.
