FREIGHTER IS NAMED.
      The new Jones & Laughlin company steamer building at Loraine is to be called the W. C. MORELAND. She will be completed about Sept. 1. The sister ship being built at Ecorse by the Great Lakes Engineering Company will be named the WILLIS L. KING.
