PRINGLE BUYS BIG TUG.
      Capt. Robert Pringle, manager of the Pringle Barge Line Co., announces that he has purchased the tug DUNCAN CITY from the Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co., of Chicago. The price was not given out.
      The DUNCAN CITY, which is 104 feet long, nineteen feet beam and eleven feet deep, will tow barges of the Pringle fleet.
