R. C. PRINGLE BUYS NEW TUG.
Capt. Robert C. Pringle of Cleveland, on Tuesday purchased the steel tug RICHARD FITZGERALD from the Fitzsimmon & Connell Dredge & Dock Co. of Chicago. The price was not given out.
      The FITZGERALD, which was built at Manitowoc in 1912, is 92 feet long, 22 feet beam and 12 feet deep and has big power. Capt. Pringle will use her for towing barges in the river trade in place of the tug C. S. OSBORN, which he sold to coast parties.
