The new fishing tug J.R. WILLIAMS, Capt. James Carroll, will begin work in a day or 2. She is a fine model, 60 ft. long, 13 ft. beam, and 6 ft. in hold. Her engine is 13 3/4 by 14 3/4 inches, and she has a 3/4 inch steel boiler. She is owned by Capt. Carroll, Capt. Thomas Williams and Patrick Barrett.
