A new tug built for use at Albany, was launched from the yard
of CanSlyke & Notter yesterday afternoon. She is 57 ft. keel, 14
ft. beam, and 5 1/2 ft. hold. Her engine was built by Shepard &
Co., and is a very fine piece of machinery. The boat was
constructed under the immediate superintendence of Capt. Dobbs,
of Albany, and is one of the best boats ever built in this city.
