The following notice was sent out by the local hydrographic office. Capt. Hiram B. Reiss of the stm. RALEIGH reports having struck on April 29, and obstruction on the course between
Colchester and the middle grounds lighthouse. He was then about 4 miles N.W by W 1/2 W. from the Middle Grounds light and about 1,000 ft. to the westward of the wreck of the barge AMERICA.
      The captain of the stm. CITY OF GLASGOW reported striking in the same place.
