North Tonawanda, May 21 - Inspector Schulmacker and Pope here from
Buffalo this afternoon and tested the boilers in the large tug PETREL owned
by Capt. Philip Mago of Fletcher St. The PETREL will go into commission
tomorrow and replace the PERSONS at the Buffalo and Grand Island ferry. The
PERSONS will go into the O'Neil drydock at Buffalo for repairs.
