Description
Full Text

The stm. JOHN C. PRINGLE owned by the Olga Transportation Co., has been seized at Tonawanda to satisfy a libel of Adam Hartman of Tonawanda, owner of the schr. BUFFALO for $2,000 damages, the same amount being claimed
against the schooner by the city of Duluth.
The BUFFALO was being towed by the PRINGLE in Duluth harbor last November, when the former dropped its anchor to the bottom tearing up the city's pipe line, hence the claim. The owners of the BUFFALO hold the captain of the PRINGLE responsible for this mishap.
