The Olga Transportation Co. having given bonds for the damages claimed
against the stm. JOHN C. PRINGLE which was sold recently to Capt. Richard
Burns of Detroit, the steamer was allowed to leave port this morning. The
PRINGLE was sold free from debt, consequently the Tonawanda company has to
stand the suit.
