The stm. W.H. GRATWICK, recently launched by Wheeler at Bay City is ??? ft. long, 40 ft. beam, 22 ft. in the hold. She has a triple expansion engine with cylinders of 19, 30 and 52 inches, and 40 inch stroke, and 2 Scotch boilers each 11 by 10 ft. Sje os to be fitted with steam steering gear, windlass and capstan as well as hoising engine, and will carry patent anchors with stud-like chain. The interior of her cabin is finished in mahogany.
